The Barista Skills Intermediate course builds upon the Foundation course, perfect for those with barista experience looking to enhance coffee quality and prepare for more advanced barista roles. This interactive course delves into coffee varieties, origins, processing methods, brewing parameters, taste differences, espresso extraction, milk techniques, latte art, workflow efficiency, and more. It also covers health and safety, customer service, and business practices. The course includes written and practical exams to test knowledge and skills in grinder calibration, espresso extraction, latte art, and drink preparation.
