Cancellation/Modification Policy

At TRUE COFFEE, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or modification of course reservations. To ensure fair and consistent handling, we have established the following policies:

  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation requests made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course date will incur a 30% administrative fee based on the course fee, and eligible portions will be refunded.
  • Cancellation requests made within 14 days of the scheduled course date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • It is not allowed to designate a substitute participant if the original participant is unable to attend the course.
  • If a participant is unable to attend the course due to uncontrollable and unforeseen circumstances, they must submit a cancellation request and provide relevant supporting documents as early as possible. However, the final decision rests with the company.
  1. Modification Policy:
  • Modification requests will be considered based on availability, such as rescheduling to another course date with the same fee.
  • Modification requests made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled course date will not incur additional fees.
  • Modification requests can only be made once within 10 days of the scheduled course date and may require a 20% fee per course for the modification. 
  • Modification requests for individual classes can only be made once. Multiple requests will not be approved, and no refund will be issued.
  • If a participant is unable to attend the course due to uncontrollable and unforeseen circumstances, they must submit a modification request and provide relevant supporting documents as early as possible. However, the final decision rests with the company.
  1. Refunds:
  • Qualified cancellation requests will be processed and refunded within 21 working days after submission.
  • Refunds will be disbursed via bank transfer.
  1. Company-initiated Course Cancellation:
  • If a course does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, participants will be notified at least 3 working days prior to the course start date and alternative course dates will be offered based on participant preferences.
  • If the company needs to cancel or modify a course, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
  • Alternative course dates will be provided based on participant preferences, or a full refund can be requested if the participant is unable to modify the course due to uncontrollable factors.
  1. In the event of course cancellations due to government advice/policies, separate arrangements will be communicated, but the final decision rests with the company.
    6. In the case of adverse weather conditions affecting the class, arrangements will be made according to the severe weather policy.
  • Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3: Classes will proceed as scheduled.
  • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher: (Note 1) Course time will be notified separately.
  • Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning: Classes will proceed as scheduled.
  • Black Rainstorm Warning: (Note 1) Course time will be notified separately.
  • Thunderstorm Warning: Classes will proceed as scheduled.

Note 1:

  • Suspended or still in effect from 7:00 AM until before 11:00 AM: Morning classes suspended.
  • Suspended or still in effect from 11:00 AM until before 4:00 PM: Afternoon classes suspended.
  • Suspended or still in effect from 4:00 PM onwards: Evening classes suspended.

TRUE COFFEE 課程取消/修改政策

在TRUE COFFEE，我們了解到可能會出現一些無法預料的情況，需要取消或修改課程預約。為了確保公平和一致的處理方式，我們制定了以下政策：

  1. 取消政策：
  • 在預定課程日期前至少14天提出的取消申請，需支付每個課程費用的30%作為行政費，符合條件的部分將獲得退款。
  • 在預定課程日期內的14天以內提出的取消申請將無法獲得退款。
  • 若原參加者無法參加課程，不允許指定替代參加者。
  • 若參加者由於無法控制且不可預見的情況無法參加課程，必須儘早提交取消申請並提供相關支持文件。但最終決定屬於公司。
  1. 修改政策：
  • 根據可用性，將考慮修改請求，例如改期至另一個具有相同費用的課程日期。
  • 在預定課程日期前至少10天提出的修改請求將不收取額外費用。
  • 在預定課程日期內的10天以內提出的修改請求需要支付每個課程的20%費用以進行修改。
  • 每個課程只能提出一次修改請求。多次請求將無法獲得批准，且不會退款。
  • 若參加者由於無法控制且不可預見的情況無法參加課程，必須儘早提交修改申請並提供相關支持文件。但最終決定屬於公司。
  1. 退款：
  • 符合條件的取消申請將在提交後的21個工作日內處理並退款。
  • 退款將通過銀行轉帳進行發放。
  1. 公司主導的課程取消：
  • 如果課程未達到最低報名要求，參加者將在課程開始前至少3個工作日收到通知，並提供根據參加者偏好的替代課程日期。
  • 如果公司需要取消或修改課程，將儘快通知參加者。
  • 將根據參加者的偏好提供替代課程日期，或者如果參加者由於不可控制的因素無法修改課程，可以申請全額退款。
  1. 如因政府建議/政策而取消課程，將會另行通知安排，但最終決定屬於公司。
    6. 如課堂因惡劣天氣而受影響，將根據惡劣天氣政策進行安排。
  • 一號或三號颱風訊號：照常開班
  • 八號或更高颱風訊號：(備註1)並另行通知課程時間
  • 黃色或紅色暴雨警告：照常開班
  • 黑色暴雨警告：(備註1)並另行通知課程時間
  • 雷暴警告：照常開班

備註1：

  • 上午七時分至十一時前懸掛或仍然生效：上午停課
  • 上午十一時至下午四時前懸掛或仍然生效：下午停課
  • 下午四時或以後懸掛或仍然生效：晚上停課
