For the past 10 years, I've been nurturing this idea and concept in my mind. And now, after years of hard work and contemplation, I'm finally ready to bring it to life. The core essence of this brand has always been my driving force in the coffee industry. I'm constantly pondering how to push the boundaries and expand my horizons. Sure, I know these concepts may sound a bit cliché, but I truly believe in staying true to your passion and holding onto your beliefs. I want to spread this philosophy and introduce more people to the world of specialty coffee. And let me tell you, Hong Kong is an incredible city with immense potential to promote this. That's why I'm eager to establish this brand here and watch it grow and flourish.

At the core of our mission is education, and we firmly believe in the spirit of applying knowledge to practice. We are dedicated to promoting the culture of specialty coffee by offering certificate courses, experiential activities, group workshops, roasted and green bean retail, event planning, coffee machine sales, coffee consultancy, and coffee solutions. Our product range includes SCA certificate courses, CQI coffee courses, coffee farm guided tours, group activity instruction, and more. With our team of instructors possessing over 10 years of teaching and industry experience, we serve markets across the Asia-Pacific region, including Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Singapore-Malaysia.

 

從10年前這個想法和概念在我心中醞釀著，經過多年的努力和醞釀，終於可以讓它成真。這個品牌的核心理念一直是我在咖啡行業中不斷前進的動力。我常常思考如何讓這條路走得更遠、更寬廣。儘管這些概念聽起來有些老套，但我堅信著不忘初心和堅持信念的重要性，也希望能帶著這個理念傳達給更多人並接觸到精品咖啡，在這條路上走得更有意義，特別是在香港這個城市，我深信它具備推廣精品咖啡的潛力。因此，我想在這裡創立這個品牌並讓它得到更大的發展。 

我們以教育為核心，堅信學以致用的精神，致力於推廣精品咖啡文化，提供證書課程、體驗活動、團體工作坊、熟豆和生豆零售、活動籌備、咖啡機銷售、咖啡顧問服務和咖啡解決方案。我們的產品範疇包括SCA證書課程、CQI咖啡課程、咖啡園導覽教學、團體活動指導等。我們師資團隊擁有超過10年的教學和行業經驗，服務市場涵蓋亞太地區包括香港、大灣區、台灣、印尼、新馬地區。
