Using the reference samples provided by the World Coffee Research (WCR), we will use real ingredients and employ tasting and olfactory techniques to deepen your understanding of the formation of coffee flavors and the factors that influence them. Furthermore, we will provide you with the ultimate coffee experience and explore how to capture the distinct coffee flavors in the final brew. Whether you are a coffee enthusiast or a curious beginner, this workshop will guide you through a delightful expedition into the realm of coffee.
