Any coffee lover who wants to learn or experience CQI Flavor Standards. Or any participant who is preparing for the Q Grader exam and Q Arabica or Q Robusta Grader wanting to practice for their Flavor Calibration.

Content | 內容

This class is designed to introduce the CQI Flavor standards. It accomplishes this by 

• Providing a basic understanding of how the senses of taste and smell function

• Introducing and practicing recalling 7 Flavor Standards generally considered to be Positive Attributes

• Introducing and practicing recalling 7 Flavor Standards generally considered to be Off-Flavors

• Conducting a practice test that is the same format as the annual flavor calibration.
